Cookie policy

This is an English translation provided for convenience. The Spanish version is the legally binding text; in case of any discrepancy, the Spanish original prevails.

This site sets no cookies

As of today, madrid.aishowandtell.org places no cookies of any kind on your device: none of our own, none from third parties, none technical, analytical or advertising.

We also use no web analytics, no tracking pixels, and no fonts or libraries hosted on external servers. Every resource — stylesheets and icons included — is served from our own domain. That's why you won't see a consent banner: there's nothing to consent to.

The sites we link to do

Some links take you off this site: the booking platform Cal.com, Google Maps for the venue location, the mailing-list signup page hosted by Brevo, and the public profiles of the people presenting. Those are third-party sites with their own cookie policies, which apply from the moment you arrive.

We don't embed third-party content in these pages — no maps, no booking widgets, no players — precisely so that nothing loads until you decide to click.

What the server logs

Like any web server, ours keeps technical access logs that may include the IP address, the date and time, the page requested and the browser used. These are used only to keep the service secure and working, not to identify people or build profiles.

Changes

If we ever add tools that do require cookies, we'll update this policy and put in place the prior consent mechanism required by article 22.2 LSSI-CE.
